To continue offering the best scheduling experience for all guests, 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled within 48 hours will be required to pay 50% of the booking total before rebooking. I understand that life happens and understand that unexpected things come up. Open communication and mutual respect are appreciated.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you do not show up to your appointment and have not communicated beforehand, 100% of the scheduled services will be due. Because of the time and preparation that goes into each visit, especially extension appointments, future booking may require pre-payment or be declined
I understand that traffic and life happen. If you are running late, please communicate as soon as possible. Arriving late may require adjustment to your scheduled services in order to stay on time for the next guest. My goal is always to give you the best experience possible, and arriving on time helps ensure that we are able to do that.
Service package pricing is discussed prior to your appointment day; however, final pricing may vary based on your hair's density, length, and the time required to achieve your desired end result. If adjustments are needed once I see your hair in person, we will discuss them before moving forward.
Extension retainers are non-refundable, as they secure your appointment day and time.
All services are non-refundable. That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to me. If something feels off or needs adjustment, please reach out within the week so that I can make it right.

For extension guests, if a bead becomes loose, something feels uncomfortable, or something doesn't feel quite right with your row, I'm happy to take care of it. While adjustments are uncommon, they can be needed on occasion, and I want you to feel confident and comfortable in your hair.
