Wearing  extensions doesn't mean missing out on life. If you're fairly certain your hair will be getting wet pre-wet your hair in the shower, add leave in, and then put into one or two bubble braids. This makes sure that everything stays in place and prevents matting and tangling. Once you know you're done swimming wash your hair and style as preferred. If you're just hanging out a topknot or ponytail is completely fine.
Be sure to stick with mineral sunscreens and avoid chemical sunscreens containing avobenzone, or any other benzene ingredients to prevent your extensions from turning peach or brassy.

Swimming

I recommend leaving your hair up in a towel for a short time to absorb a lot of the water. Spray in a leave in and gently comb out starting at the bottom and working your way up. Be sure you are supporting your hair as you work your way to the top to prevent from tugging too much or snagging where your extensions meet your natural hair. Add your favorite styling product, rough dry your root area and ends, then clip your hair up in sections. Working through layer by layer, and then marrying the extensions to your natural hair will give you the most polished result and allow you to do minimal iron work.

Drying

When wearing extensions you only need to wash once or twice a week.  I recommend using your Goldie Locks Detox Shampoo for your first wash, and shampoo a second time with the shampoo in your welcome kit I specifically selected for your. Focus your shampooing at your scalp and the top of your extension rows. Be sure to scrub in a gently horizontal motion between your extension rows.
Gently wring out your hair and apply the conditioner from your welcome bag. Feel free to add in the Goldie Locks or Hera Hair Mask  for added moisture.
Pro tip: Wash when you don't have to rush. This makes everything way easier.

Cleaning

Before bed, brush through your hair, add your serum and loosely secure your hair in one or two braids, a low ponytail, or a loose topknot.
Satin scrunchies help you to avoid dents, and a satin or silk pillowcase protects both your natural hair and extensions from breakage. A satin bonnet can also be used for added support.
Never go to bed with wet hair.

Sleeping

Keep it simple, extensions don't need a complicated routine.
Start with the leave in and serum provided in your welcome kit, then a styling product based on your goal (volume or smoothing). Dry shampoo is perfectly fine as long as it is scalp friendly.
Always use a heat protectant before hot tools, and keep your curling iron at or below 360 F to protect your natural hair and extensions.
Intentional styling is key to longevity in your style so that your hair stays looking amazing between washes.
